Okay - third attempt at uploading this...

So to sum up what I already spent quite a while writing...

its Dylan Moran if you have an aversion to reading the title of Deviations.

I traced the outlines of the reference picture because this is just a small practice piece - so no comments on getting the likeness right because I claim absolutely no praise for my tracing abilities. it was only to practice skin tones and hair and stoof.
